Job Description
At Frasers Group Financial Services, we are continuously evolving and transforming our partnerships landscape. We are now seeking an ambitious Senior Partnerships Account Manager to play a critical role in both the development and ongoing management of third-party partnerships.
Reporting to our Commercial leadership team this role goes beyond day-to-day account management, taking ownership of the end-to-end partner lifecycle, including strategy, onboarding, commercial delivery, and long-term relationship growth.
The successful candidate will act as a key driver in expanding and optimising our third-party credit offering, ensuring strong alignment between partners, internal teams, and customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Partnership Strategy & Growth
- Lead the creation and ongoing development of the third-party credit partner strategy for Frasers Group Financial Services
- Support the design and execution of the UK go-to-market strategy for partnerships, identifying and targeting high-value partners
- Contribute to the origination and conversion of target partners, supporting new business growth plans
- Own the annual partner revenue and growth targets, driving performance across accounts

Partner Onboarding & Programme Delivery
- Design and oversee the end-to-end onboarding process for new partners, ensuring regulatory, operational, and commercial requirements are met
- Work closely with third parties and internal teams to ensure seamless implementation of new partner programmes
- Ensure all partner marketing collateral (in-store and online) is compliant, approved, and effectively deployed
Account Management & Relationship Ownership
- Own and develop senior-level partner relationships, acting as the key point of contact for all commercial and operational matters
- Establish and deliver a structured account management strategy to optimise partner performance and long-term value
- Build and maintain strong internal relationships to support partner activity and programme success
- Regularly visit key partners to review performance, identify opportunities, and strengthen relationships
Commercial Performance & Optimisation
- Establish and deliver commercial plans aligned to agreed business goals for each partner
- Monitor and report on KPIs, ensuring performance insights are shared and acted upon
- Continuously optimise partner programmes, focusing on customer journey, engagement, and commercial return
- Ensure the Frasers Plus / co-brand app experience is delivered effectively across partner channels
Market Insight & Continuous Improvement
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategy and innovation
- Identify opportunities to enhance the partner proposition and customer offering
- Drive continuous improvement across partnership processes, performance, and delivery
Qualifications
- Proven experience in account management, partnerships, or commercial relationship management, ideally within financial services or retail
- Experience contributing to or leading partner strategy, onboarding, or commercial delivery
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to deliver against revenue and growth targets
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence both internally and externally
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability, with a focus on delivering positive outcomes
- Confident communicator with strong presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Ability to travel to partner sites where required

What’s next?
