Role
- Accountable for setting and executing partner strategy, supported by the wider business.
- Partner with capability leaders to identify optimal Cloud, Data, and AI platform partners, and act as the primary liaison with those partners.
- Maintain and build relationships across:
- Major cloud providers (e.g., AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud)
- Open-source technology vendors
- Other consultancies
- Flexible working with office options in London, Manchester, and Edinburgh.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: £140k (with OTE flexibility)
- Flexible package depending on experience

Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience in building or scaling partner channels within a technology consultancy or systems integrator, with a track record of:
- Hitting targets
- Driving significant growth
- Deep expertise in hyperscaler mechanics, including:
- Understanding of cloud seller compensation models
- Navigating partner tier advancements (certifications, specialisations)
- Mastery of partner ecosystems
- Ideal soft skills:
- Ability to manage and nurture external relationships
- Strong understanding of:
- Broad data transformation trends
- Business and technology challenges in the data and AI space
- Experience operating:
- Within the Channel or Partnerships/Alliances realm
- Ideal prior contacts or influence in:
- Databricks, Microsoft Azure, or AWS ecosystems
