As the organisation enters an exciting new phase of growth, this role offers the opportunity to play a pivotal part in shaping the commercial success of a global championship renowned for innovation, sustainability and cutting-edge technology.

Working within a high-performing partnerships team, the successful candidate will lead relationships with some of the organisation's most important commercial stakeholders, helping to maximise partner value while delivering exceptional experiences across an international event calendar.

Role Responsibilities

Reporting to the Director of Partnerships, the Senior Partnerships Manager will lead the strategic delivery of commercial partnerships across a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring partners achieve measurable business outcomes while identifying opportunities for continued commercial growth. The role combines strategic relationship management with the delivery of world-class activations, hospitality programmes and marketing initiatives, working closely with internal teams to deliver seamless execution across every event.

Alongside managing a Partnership Coordinator, the successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to partners, collaborating across marketing, digital, hospitality, finance and event operations to ensure every programme is delivered to the highest standard. This is a highly visible role within a fast-paced, international environment where commercial thinking, operational excellence and stakeholder management are critical to success.

Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will bring proven experience managing strategic partnerships within sport, entertainment or another complex rights-holder environment, with a strong track record of delivering high-value activations, premium hospitality programmes and commercial growth. They will be an exceptional relationship builder, comfortable managing senior stakeholders while coordinating multiple projects across international markets. This opportunity will suit a commercially minded, highly organised individual who thrives in fast-moving environments, enjoys taking ownership and demonstrates the resilience, attention to detail and collaborative mindset required to deliver consistently at the highest level.
