The Role

As a Senior Parts Advisor, you will provide an excellent service to our internal and external customers on a daily basis and in a timely manner.

The role involves:

  • Selling parts to internal & external customers to achieve to the agreed targets
  • Optimising sales opportunities
  • Order taking via the telephone, email and face to face
  • Order picking
  • Carrying out daily / weekly stock checking
  • Systematically arranging the parts in the stock room
  • Assisting with the pre-picking of parts for service workshop team
  • Delivering parts to our trade customers

The Person

The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator and have a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. It is essential for the successful candidate to have a valid clean driving licence as you may on occasions be required to deliver parts to our customers.

Preference will be given to applicants with 2-3 years previous experience in a similar role within the motor industry. We may however consider applicants with previous customer facing experience from other industries who have knowledge / an interest in vehicle layout, function and location of required parts for service and common repairs. Preference will be given to those applicants with a valid fork lift licence.
