Role Description
This is NOT for everyone! The Senior Payment Exec agent is a fully self-employed revenue share role for experienced payment professionals with an existing network of CFOs, CEO, FDs, Ecom managers contacts in core verticals of CNP ecom environment merchants, remote role responsible for leading client engagements focused on optimizing cross-border payment performance. This includes overseeing payment audits, analyzing transaction data to identify leakage, and developing clear, board-ready reports that quantify gaps and propose actionable fixes. The role involves collaborating with merchant stakeholders, payment providers, and internal teams to implement recommendations and track impact. The Senior Payment Exec will contribute to refining VYRE’s methodologies, support business development with subject-matter expertise, and stay current on payment trends, regulations, and technologies to advise clients effectively.

Qualifications
- Strong payments and financial operations expertise, including cross-border B2C payments, payment optimization, and revenue leakage analysis.
- Advanced analytical and data interpretation skills, with experience using dashboards, analytics tools, and structured reporting for executive audiences.
- Client-facing consulting skills, including stakeholder management, presentation abilities, and the capacity to translate complex payment issues into clear recommendations.
- Knowledge of payment providers, card schemes, alternative payment methods, and relevant regulatory or compliance considerations in global markets.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple projects, and deliver within tight timelines.
- Experience in payments, fintech, e-commerce, or financial services in a senior or leadership capacity.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certifications in payments or finance are a plus.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, data-driven, and highly collaborative setting with a focus on measurable outcomes for clients.
