Role: Senior Payroll & Billing Implementation Consultant

Salary: Up to £70,000
Location: United Kingdom - Remote

TechOhana have partnered with a staffing technology business to bring on a Pay & Bill Senior Implementer for a flagship enterprise programme.

This is a hands-on delivery role. The successful candidate will be embedded in the programme team, responsible for the configuration and implementation of payroll and billing features within a Salesforce-native pay and bill platform. The business is looking for an experienced implementer who can contribute from day one, with go-live targeted later this year.

The role:

Working directly from specifications produced by the Senior Solution Architect, you will configure and implement Wave 1 payroll and billing features, perform unit and integration testing, support client-led UAT, assist with parallel run configuration, and provide hypercare support across the first three live pay cycles. The role can be filled across the payroll or billing workstream, with a preference for candidates with cross-functional experience across both.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
