Senior PCB Design Engineer
A multidisciplinary engineering team developing electronics for industrial and communications applications is seeking a Senior PCB Design Engineer to join their ranks. This role entails working on complex, high-reliability designs from concept through to manufacture, providing broad technical exposure across regions such as:
- High-speed digital
- RF
- Power
- Mixed-signal
Responsibilities
- Own PCB layout activities across:
- Multilayer boards
- HDI designs
- High-density component placement
- Collaborate closely with electronic, mechanical, and manufacturing teams to address performance, thermal, and EMC constraints
- Generate:
- Schematics
- Stack-ups
- Routing strategies
- Manufacturing documentation
- Perform DFM/DFT reviews and coordinate with fabrication and assembly partners
- Attend design reviews, technical discussions, and project planning sessions
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of:
- PCB processes
- Design libraries
- Design standards

Requirements
- Strong track record in PCB design for complex electronic systems
- Experience with:
- High-speed digital circuits
- Controlled-impedance routing
- Mixed-signal layouts
- Familiarity with:
- EMC considerations
- Power distribution networks
- Thermal constraints
- Proficiency in industry PCB CAD tools (such as Altium or similar)
- Understanding of:
- Manufacturing processes
- Design-for-manufacture (DFM) principles
- Degree in Electronic Engineering or a related discipline
