Senior Penetration Test Engineer

Location: London, UK (Hybrid/Remote)
Type: Full-time

Lead complex security assessments, mentor team members, and shape our offensive security practice.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in offensive security
  • Multiple advanced certifications (OSCP, OSCE, OSEP, OSWE, or equivalent)
  • Proven expertise in multiple domains (web, mobile, cloud, network)
  • Experience leading red team engagements
  • Published security research or CVEs
  • Expert-level understanding of attack frameworks and TTPs
  • Experience with team leadership and mentoring

Responsibilities

  1. Lead complex red team and penetration testing engagements
  2. Architect custom attack scenarios and exploit chains
  3. Mentor and train junior and mid-level engineers
  4. Conduct security research and develop new testing methodologies
  5. Represent Pyramid Ledger at client meetings and conferences
  6. Contribute to business development and proposal writing
