We are looking for experienced pensions administrators to join teams in different operational areas, these include Defined Benefits (DB) and Defined Contributions (DC) Schemes and Pensions Payroll teams. Our Senior Pensions Administrator will be based in our Three Bridges Crawley office supporting a portfolio of high net client(s).
Department Information
As Equiniti win more business and go from strength to strength, so do our needs for experienced Pensions Administrators to grow our teams in our Three Bridges office in Crawley. We’ve recently put in place a brand new training academy to offer long term career progression and the opportunity to gain professional qualifications.
Core Duties/Responsibilities
Successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties:
- Provide administration service to customers, working to agreed targets
- To complete / check casework and provide feedback
- Resolving customer enquiries
- Performing and issuing pension calculations
- Provision of technical guidance to other team members
- Identifies and implement process improvements in immediate area of work responsibility in order to improve throughput and customer service
- Provide on-the-job coaching to department colleagues
- Carry out projects and ad-hoc activities as determined by the Team Leader

Skills, Capabilities and Attributes
Successful candidate will demonstrate the following experience skills and behaviours:
- Excellent attention to detail and capable of following defined processes and procedures
- Strong communication skills
- The desire to deliver exceptional customer service
- Proven track record of quality, timely delivery
- The ability to develop positive and productive working relationships
- Computer literate with a willingness to learn a variety of systems
- Strong numeracy and literacy skills
- Previous pensions experience is essential
