The Role
As Senior People Advisor, you’ll deliver a high-quality, end‑to‑end People & Culture service, strengthening our people foundations and ensuring our Purpose, Vision and Values are firmly embedded across every part of the business.
You will be a trusted partner to People Leaders—providing expert advice, driving engagement and development initiatives, and helping shape a positive, inclusive and high‑performing culture.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver expert People & Culture support across the full employee lifecycle
- Lead or support key people projects, including engagement, EDI, talent development and organisational design
- Strengthen capability across the organisation by coaching and guiding People Leaders
- Champion people‑centric processes that drive efficiency, consistency and great user experience
- Lead complex ER cases, ensuring fair, legally compliant and well‑managed outcomes
- Build and improve HR policies, onboarding, offboarding and reward frameworks
- Analyse people data to drive insights, improvements and strategic decision‑making
- Support employer brand, culture and inclusion initiatives
- Foster strong, trusted relationships across all locations and teams

What We’re Looking For
You’ll succeed in this role if you bring:
- A proven background in delivering high‑quality HR advisory support
- Up‑to‑date knowledge of employment law and best practice
- Experience leading complex ER cases and HR projects
- A proactive, people‑first mindset with strong relationship‑building skills
- The ability to influence, coach and partner with managers
- A passion for continuous improvement, innovation and creating a great people experience
