About The Role

This hybrid (London-based) People Business Partner role spans the EMEA region, supporting growth in London, Barcelona, and Israel. As a consultative partner, you will:

  • Advise leaders on HR strategy and tactical execution
  • Shape high-performing teams and a best-in-class employee experience
  • Drive Go-To-Market (GTM) team alignment, guiding the EMEA leadership to support innovation

Ideal Background: Seasoned HR consultant with deep expertise in employment practices across EMEA—balancing problem-solving, empathy, and influence in a fast-paced startup environment.

Work Stream & Responsibilities

Collaborative Leadership & Change

  • Coach EMEA leaders & managers to build world-class teams
  • Partner with People Teams across functions to design and implement people programs that enhance engagement
  • Lead end-to-end change management, from strategic alignment to stakeholder communications

People Enablement & Operations

  • Monitor and act on employee feedback, shaping initiatives to optimise culture
  • Resolve employee relations matters while considering legal, business, and interpersonal impacts
  • Maintain HR compliance knowledge across UK, Spain, and Israel, recommending best practices

Minimum Requirements

✔ Experience coaching leaders and driving HR-driven business results as a People Business Partner ✔ Strong mastery in two+ core HR domains: talent management, employee relations, compensation, organisational development, or policies ✔ Operational skills: process-minded, detail-oriented, proficient in G-Suite ✔ Analytical and project management skills with a balance of speed and precision ✔ High emotional intelligence: adept at influencing difficult conversations with candour and clarity
