Senior People Change Partner

Salary: Circa £70,000 Location: Norwich, York, Bristol, Sheffield, Glasgow Contract: Fixed-term until the end of 2026

This is a great role for someone who loves shaping positive, people-centred change and excels in making organisations evolve through clarity, engagement, and supportive workplaces.

If helping organisations adapt, inspiring transformational initiatives—such as organisational design, people transformations, or M&A/TUPE directives—feels fulfilling, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.

About the Role

You’ll join Aviva’s People Change team, a forward-thinking group that drives strategic transformation across our organisation. Daily tasks include:

  • Leading organisational design, restructuring, and cultural shifts
  • Delivering end-to-end change initiatives that align with business goals and employee well-being
  • Partnering with senior leaders and HR teams to create sustainable, people-focused solutions

Your influence will shape how Aviva’s people experience change, helping the organisation move forward with confidence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Leadership

    • Design and implement end-to-end people change programs, ensuring alignment with Aviva’s long-term vision.
    • Collaborate with leadership to identify barriers and opportunities in organisational agility.
  • Complex Problem Solving

    • Navigate ambiguity and immerse yourself in fast-paced, evolving change environments.
    • Lead and execute transformation projects (e.g., post-merger integration, restructuring).
  • Stakeholder Engagement

    • Build trust and influence senior stakeholders, HR, and teams to champion change initiatives.
    • Drive ownership and accountability across departments.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
