We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on HR professional to join our UK & EMEA People & Culture (P&C) team during an exciting period of organisational change, investment, and transformation.
This is a broad generalist role, supporting leaders and the wider P&C team across:
- Employee relations
- Organisational change
- Operational HR support
- Process improvement activity
Ideal for someone who thrives in a complex and evolving environment, enjoys working at pace, and doesn’t mind rolling up sleeves to get things done.
The successful candidate will play a key role in helping the team continue delivering excellent support to the business while creating capacity for operational improvements and transformation priorities.
You’ll Be Responsible For
- Supporting employee relations casework and manager coaching
- Leading organisational change and consultation activity
- Reviewing HR policies and processes
- Coordinating operational HR support
- Driving change and transformation initiatives
- Implementing continuous improvement projects across the P&C function
- Guiding the wider P&C team during a period of change

We’re Looking For
- Strong HR/P&C generalist experience
- Deep UK employment law and employee relations knowledge
- Experience coaching managers on people-related matters
- Confidence working with policies, processes, and HR documentation
- Proven track record supporting change, restructures, or consultation processes
- Sharp organisation, judgement, and attention to detail
- Collaborative, proactive, and solutions-focused mindset
- CIPD qualification or equivalent experience
Preferable:
- Experience in matrixed or transforming organisations
- Prior interim, fixed-term, or project-based experience
