Senior P&C Business Partner | UK, Ireland & Canada

(You may see this role advertised in multiple locations. To confirm there is only one position available, however we have flexibility for the successful candidate to carry out this role from our London, Birmingham or Manchester office.)

About The Role

If you’re looking for a People & Culture role where your judgement, influence and commercial insight can make a visible difference, this is an opportunity to do just that. Joining TSA Riley at a pivotal stage of growth, you’ll help shape the people, leadership and culture agenda across our UK and Ireland business.

At TSA Riley, we know great work happens when people feel trusted, supported and able to do their best.

As we continue to grow across the UK, Ireland & Canada, we’re looking for a Senior People & Culture Business Partner who can build close, trusted relationships with our leaders and help shape the conditions for people and performance to thrive.

This is a role for someone who enjoys being close to the business: listening carefully, asking good questions, bringing constructive challenge and turning people insight into practical, commercially grounded action.

You’ll partner with senior leaders through change, growth and complexity, supporting work across organisational design, leadership capability, culture, M&A integration, TUPE activity and workforce transitions.

You’ll have the scope to make a visible difference, shaping decisions that matter and helping leaders create teams where people feel connected to the work, each other and the future we’re building.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
