Senior People Operations Partner

Remote (UK)
£60,000 – £65,000 + up to 25% bonus

Build the operational foundations of a high-growth technology business.

We're partnering with an innovative UK technology company that's investing heavily in its People function as it enters the next stage of growth.

This is an opportunity to join at a genuinely exciting point in the journey and a full transformation.

Rather than inheriting a mature People Operations function, you'll help shape it.

Working closely with the Head of People, you'll take ownership of the operational engine that supports the wider business, driving improvements across systems, data, payroll, performance, compliance and employee experience.

What you'll be doing

  • Leading People Operations across the employee lifecycle
  • Supporting a major HRIS migration to Rippling
  • Owning HR systems and data integrity
  • Building insightful People dashboards and reporting
  • Managing payroll operations and supporting reward processes
  • Driving performance management cycles
  • Improving operational processes and documentation
  • Identifying opportunities to leverage AI and automation
  • Partnering closely with the wider People team to build scalable ways of working

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
