About the team

Our People Technology Team is a vibrant, globally distributed group that plays a central role in shaping the Typeform employee experience. Spanning multiple time zones and areas of expertise, this team ensures our people are supported and empowered. As our People Operations Specialist, you’ll be a key player in ensuring a world-class employee experience.

About the Role

Are you passionate about creating exceptional employee experiences? Do you have an eye for detail and a knack for solving problems? We’re looking for a Senior People Operations Partner to support our team (12-month full-time contract).

Things you will do:

  • Administer and manage employee records, contracts, and documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, equipment coordination, and access management.
  • Process and manage employee changes, such as role changes, leaves of absence, and terminations, in HR systems.
  • Collaborate with payroll and total rewards to ensure accurate and timely processing of payments.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits, providing clear and timely communication.
  • Maintain HR databases and systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance with regulations.
  • Assist with compliance-related tasks, including audits and reporting.
  • Proactively identify areas for process improvement within HR operations.

What you already bring to the table:

  • Proven experience in an HR Admin, HR Shared Services, or HR Operations role. Ideally, within a fast-paced technology company.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems (HiBob desirable).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-service mindset.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices (global experience is a plus).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities.
