Senior People Operations Partner

The Role

We're partnering with Redpin, a fast-scaling global fintech building payments and embedded software for the international property market.

This isn’t a steady-state environment. The People team was built a couple of years ago and is still laying the foundations—global policies, systems, processes, and ways of working. It’s a lean, hands-on team where things can be messy, fast-moving, and evolving, but where you’ll see the impact of your work almost immediately.

They’re now looking for a Senior People Operations Partner to:

  • Own People Ops across the UK
  • Contribute to global initiatives across Europe, the US, and beyond

If you thrive in ambiguity, enjoy building from scratch, and like being close to the business, this is a role where you can shape how things get done.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Owning the end-to-end employee lifecycle for the UK, including:
    • Onboarding and offboarding
    • Documentation and benefits administration
    • Payroll inputs and accuracy
  • Acting as the key point of contact for:
    • Employees
    • Managers
    • The global People team
  • Ensuring a smooth, high-quality employee experience
  • Managing and improving core People processes and systems (HiBob), driving:
    • Accuracy
    • Automation
    • Scalability
  • Supporting policy rollouts and education across the UK
  • Partnering closely with:
    • People Partners
    • Payroll
    • Finance
    • Workplace teams
  • Leading and supporting standardisation and globalisation projects across regions
  • Owning data accuracy and reporting, including:
    • Building dashboards
    • Providing stakeholders with useful insights
  • Supporting key initiatives such as:
    • Benefits renewals
    • Immigration processes
    • Commission cycles

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
