At Bauer Media Outdoor, our Delivery and Construction teams are at the heart of bringing our vision to life across the UK. With around 450 colleagues across 13 depots, they play a vital role in delivering high-quality infrastructure that supports local communities.

We're looking for a Senior People Partner to lead the people agenda for our Delivery and Construction teams. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who can combine fresh thinking with a practical, people-centred approach — bringing new ideas to the table while taking leaders, managers and teams with them.

You'll partner closely with Heads of Department and Managers, shaping and delivering a people plan that supports business growth, builds future capability, improves engagement and creates a fair, inclusive and high-performing employee experience.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading the People Plan for Delivery and Construction, covering capability, structure, engagement, workforce risks and future skills
  • Partnering senior leaders and managers on people strategy, organisational effectiveness and change
  • Turning business priorities into practical people initiatives that improve engagement, retention, performance and culture
  • Coaching and supporting managers to build confidence in areas such as feedback, performance, development, inclusion and change
  • Identifying people trends and root causes, then working with leaders to create solutions that make a real difference
  • Supporting activity across the full employee lifecycle, from workforce planning and organisation design through to onboarding, development and culture

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
