Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

About The Position

This full-time position is based in London and reports to the VP of International Markets, with a dotted-line to the Global VP of HR.

You will support leadership teams across the UK and additional European markets (Netherlands, Romania and Poland), acting as a true strategic partner while remaining hands-on across the full employee lifecycle.

This is a regional HRBP role supporting multiple European markets within a global business environment - not a UK-only HR position.

You’ll be the go-to partner for managers and employees: coaching leaders, strengthening organizational effectiveness, and ensuring the employee experience is consistent, scalable, and impactful across markets. You’ll confidently own the employee lifecycle end-to-end and navigate complex people matters with discretion, sound judgment, and commercial awareness.

If you’re passionate about people, business impact, and building strong international teams - this one’s for you.

What You Will Be Responsible For

  • Act as a strategic partner to the VP of International Markets and regional leadership teams.
  • Translate business goals into a clear people agenda (org design, talent priorities, structure, execution).
  • Coach and enable managers on performance, feedback, talent development and leadership behaviours.
  • Lead key talent processes end-to-end (performance cycles, talent reviews, development planning, promotions, succession and retention).
  • Own and manage employee relations cases in the UK, Netherlands, Romania and Poland.
  • Ensure alignment with UK employment law and local EU regulations.
  • Support organisational effectiveness initiatives, workforce planning and change management.
  • Partner closely with HQ functions (TA, L&D, Finance, Legal, People Ops) to ensure strong and compliant HR practices.
  • Use people data and insights to identify trends and drive informed decision-making.
