The Role: People Partner – EMEA Sales & Customer Success
Shared mission: You’ll be the strategic trusted partner for leaders who are building, scaling, and steering change within EMEA sales and Customer Success teams. You’ll balance curiosity, initiative, and practical expertise to help leaders craft high-performing teams, ensuring everyone thrives in their roles.
Scope
Managing ~60 employees across Switzerland, the UK, and remote European teams, you’ll:
- Collaborate with People Success to leverage AI and identify opportunities to enhance workflows.
- Support leaders in weaving AI-driven approaches into their team workflows and decisions.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Strategic People Partner
- Build trusted relationships with leaders, acting as a strategic peer for both Sales and Customer Success team management.
- Align people strategies with business objectives.
✔ Talent Management
- Support managers through the entire employee lifecycle, including:
- Performance management
- Talent development
- Employee relations
- Wellbeing and organizational design

What Makes This Role Special?
Your Story & Experience
We’re looking for someone who excels in a hybrid environment, able to visit our London office once per week.
Essential:
- 4+ years of experience in a People Partner or similar role.
- Direct experience supporting commercial/ Sales/ Customer Success teams, ideally in high-growth SaaS/tech environments.
- Strategic influence across commercial and people initiatives.
- Genuine enthusiasm and integration abilities concerning AI.
- Confident collaboration across London, Switzerland, European hubs, with remote stakeholders.
- Proactive and empathetic communication, that builds trust and rapid progress.
Highly Valued:
- Coaching certification or formal coaching training.
- Demonstrated results in helping teams thrive and careers grow.
- Self-directed approach to creating clarity in ambiguous situations.
