Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Data and Performance Analyst to join our growing team, as part of the role you will collaborate with the team to identify, implement, and validate the most suitable tools and translating business needs into actionable metrics. You will also be responsible for leading responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis of specification, data profiling, measurements and improvements Creating and maintaining Data Visualisations (Defining Architecture, Implementation, Training and Support, Monitoring and Tuning) Presenting data in compelling, clear and actionable stories Leading and facilitating workshops for stakeholders Developing performance management framework including defining KPIs and ensuring these are measurable Working collaboratively alongside agile delivery teams Producing regular performance reports and dashboards that drives stakeholder decision-making

Qualifications

Experience with presenting analysis and visualisations to communicate complex messages Experience as a lead within a team or of a delivery Providing tactical and strategic recommendations to inform wider decisions whilst applying innovative approaches to resolve problems Programming skills for data and analytics using SQL Experience with designing / building complex reports/dashboards using Power BI/Tableau/Qlik/SAS Experience with various tools including Kibana Grafana, Splunk Google Analytics Good influencing, stakeholder management and communication skills Deep understanding of the technical concepts required and understand how they fit into the wider technical landscape. Experience working within an agile development team.
