Senior Performance Analyst - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
Salary: £44,754 per annum
Location: Home Based
This is a Temporary, Full Time vacancy
The vacancy
Location: Home Based role with the expectation to attend Tricorn House in Birmingham (Head Office) for meetings and especially during induction
Hours: Full time - 35 hours per week/ 70 hours over two weeks (nine-day fortnight)
The role
Are you an experienced data and performance professional with a passion for turning information into meaningful insight?
We're looking for a curious and analytical Senior Performance Analyst who thrives on exploring data, spotting trends, identifying opportunities, and uncovering insights behind the numbers. You'll have a keen eye for detail, a commitment to data quality and the confidence to turn data into clear reports and dashboards that support better decision making.
Working closely with colleagues in our property compliance team, you'll lead on performance reporting and help ensure our data is robust and of the highest quality.
This is a home based role, with the expectation to attend Tricorn House in Birmingham (Head Office) for meetings and during induction.

What we’re looking for
The essential requirements for the role include:
- A genuine passion for data and the value it can bring
- Experience of designing and developing business processes to ensure the robust scrutiny and reporting of performance
- Experience of collating complex sources of data, managing, monitoring and reporting of information
- A natural curiosity and the ability to spot trends, patterns and opportunities
- Advanced skills in Excel, Power Query and good knowledge of Power BI
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high quality, accurate data
- The confidence to challenge data, ask questions and investigate anomalies
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain findings in plain English
- Experience of developing reports, dashboards and performance measures that support business improvement
- Educated to HND, Level 5, degree level, or able to demonstrate equivalent relevant experience
