Vacancy Introduction
Leeds Community Healthcare is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Senior Performance Analyst to join our Performance Team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in helping clinical services and business units understand, interpret and monitor performance through high-quality analysis and data-driven insights.
The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing complex performance information, developing analytical models to support capacity, demand and waiting list management, and producing meaningful intelligence to support operational and strategic decision-making. You will provide expert analytical support, contribute to performance improvement and recovery programmes, and help ensure robust performance frameworks are in place across the Trust.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled analyst who is passionate about using data to drive service improvement and make a tangible difference to performance management processes.
This role offers opportunities for remote and flexible working, with fortnightly/monthly face-to-face meetings. The role is fixed term for 12 Months.

You will support the development, production and continuous improvement of comprehensive performance reporting solutions across the organisation. This will involve interpreting, analysing and delivering complex and sensitive information from large datasets to clinicians, managers, and senior leaders in a timely, accurate and accessible format that supports effective decision-making. You will proactively scrutinise performance data, identify emerging trends and patterns, particularly against defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and provide insight, recommendations and targeted actions to drive service improvement. Using technical tools such as Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio, Power BI and other business intelligence applications, you will ensure that key stakeholders are able to monitor and improve performance, and where necessary you will perform ad hoc and deep dive analyses to support the information requirements of services. You will support the development and ongoing production of performance reports for a range of services and Trust-wide KPIs, ensuring national and organisational deadlines are consistently met.
