About Free Soul

We’re Free Soul - wellbeing for her, however she defines it. Because no two experiences are ever the same, and her path deserves to be as individual as she is. We shine a light on the unfiltered reality of being well - not the industry-standard version, but the honest, everyday pursuit of what makes her feel good.

How do we do it? By creating expertly formulated products with clinically tested ingredients that support every woman’s unique needs.

Working at Free Soul is more than just a job - it’s a purpose. We’re a mission-led team where everyone genuinely cares about the impact we’re making.

  • Ownership: We lead with ownership - taking responsibility for our work, our ideas, and the energy we bring. Each person has the freedom and trust to run with bold ideas and be accountable for making them happen.
  • Respect and Kindness: We show up with respect and kindness - to our teammates, our community, and ourselves. We listen. We celebrate differences. And we create a space where everyone feels seen and valued.
  • Growth Mindset: We’re driven by a growth mindset - we stay curious, open to feedback, and committed to learning. Challenges are seen as opportunities, and we never stop evolving - as individuals, as a team, and as a brand.
  • Liberation: We own the women’s nutrition space by doing things differently - liberating, not restricting. We celebrate every side of her - the quirks, the flaws, the fierce and the tender. Our brand reflects her real, raw journey and gives her the freedom to show up exactly as she is.

That’s what makes Free Soul a truly special place to work.

What you’ll be doing

We're looking for someone who can turn creative into a scalable growth engine, both the strategic direction and the operational machine that produces it.

You will own creative strategy across our paid marketing channels, translating performance data into clear direction that drives measurable impact. You'll define how we approach creative across platforms and formats, understanding that a winning Meta ad, a YouTube pre-roll, and a TikTok native edit are not the same problem. Just as importantly, you will run the creative supply chain: managing our network of production partners, making sure we're getting the right volume, the right mix, and on-time delivery to hit our testing and scaling targets.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

You'll use dashboards and forecasting tools that are owned centrally to understand what's working and what's needed. Your focus is on the decisions those tools inform, not on building or maintaining the tools themselves.

This is a strategy and accountability role, not a hands-on production role. You won't be creating assets yourself and you won't be writing detailed briefs for every deliverable. Instead, you'll set the strategic direction and standards and hold production partners accountable to them.

Strategy

  • Own creative strategy across paid channels, with clear accountability for performance (CPA, ROAS, conversion rate)
  • Define and lead a focused creative testing roadmap, tailored to the distinct demands of each platform (Meta, YouTube, TikTok)
  • Translate performance data into creative direction, strategic angles and testing hypotheses, and set the standard for what "good" looks like across all partner output
  • Stay close to platforms, trends and competitors, turning insights into actionable creative opportunities

Production partner management

  • Set overall creative direction and standards for production partners, rather than writing detailed briefs for every individual asset
  • Use forecasting and performance data to understand creative volume needs and translate that into clear direction for production partners
  • Track delivery schedules and hold partners accountable to quality, volume and deadlines
  • Build and refine the workflows and feedback loops that let multiple partners produce at scale without quality drift

Cross-functional

  • Partner closely with media buyers to scale winning concepts and iterate quickly on underperformance
  • Report on creative pipeline health (throughput, hit rate, delivery timeliness) alongside performance metrics to the Head of Performance Marketing
