About the Role:

TwinklingTree is a flagship consumer ecommerce brand owned and operated by Hustl. Hustl provides the shared AI, software and operating infrastructure behind the brand.

TwinklingTree is growing 250% year over year, is on track for $30M+ in revenue and invests $10M+ annually in paid social.

Creative strategy has real commercial weight here. Your decisions will help determine where that investment goes next.

Our 2026 priority is to make the ecommerce operation AI-native. Your mission is to build the strategic system behind our AI content engine.

We have the performance data, products and creative team. You will connect them by finding untapped audiences, turning opportunities into briefs and feeding results into the next creative cycle.

AI gives the team speed and scale. You provide the customer insight, creative judgment and quality standards that make the output commercially valuable.

  • Analyze performance data, customer research, creative output and audience coverage
  • Find untapped audiences, market gaps and promising creative angles
  • Turn the best opportunities into concepts, hooks, scripts and production-ready briefs
  • Build the workflow from research and briefing through launch, analysis and iteration
  • Diagnose weak AI creative and give the team clear, practical direction for improving it
  • Create scorecards, templates and feedback loops that make output more consistent
  • Partner with media buying on what to test, iterate, scale or stop
  • Help our AI and software team turn recurring bottlenecks into useful tools

Your First 30 Days:

  • Audit our data, creative performance, audience coverage and briefing process
  • Identify the highest-value audiences and opportunities we are missing
  • Define how an opportunity becomes a brief, live creative test and reusable learning
  • Deliver a prioritized roadmap of quick wins and system improvements

By Day 90:

  • A repeatable AI content system is running from research through performance review
  • Clearer briefs help the AI creative team produce stronger work with fewer revisions
  • An audience map and prioritized concept pipeline guide what gets produced next
  • A practical scorecard defines strong AI creative and makes feedback actionable
  • Performance learnings consistently shape the next round of production

What You Bring:

  • Typically 3+ years in performance creative or direct-response marketing for DTC or ecommerce brands
  • Exceptional candidates with 2+ years and strong evidence at scale will also be considered
  • A record of finding audience, positioning or creative opportunities that improved acquisition
  • Strong customer research, market analysis and audience-segmentation instincts
  • The ability to turn performance data into a clear diagnosis and testing priority
  • Excellent concepting and brief writing that teams can execute without guesswork
  • Experience building creative workflows, scorecards or learning systems
  • Practical AI experience paired with strong independent judgment
  • Clear communication and the confidence to challenge decisions using evidence

Compensation:

£60,000 to £75,000 GBP per year, paid in GBP, depending on experience and track record.

Location note:

This role is full-time, fully remote and intended for candidates based in the United Kingdom/Europe.
