About the Role
Job Title: Sr. WhatsApp Growth Performance Specialist Location: Remote (EU-based)
We are seeking an experienced Senior Performance Specialist to transform WhatsApp into a strategic growth and performance channel for our agency and enterprise clients. You will drive data-backed optimizations, develop scalable strategies, and collaboration across teams to maximize client outcomes.
You align with our culture of accountability, continuous learning, and strategic boldness. This role is a blend of product thinking, data science, and digital marketing expertise, with a focus on metrics, experimentation, and client enablement.
Responsibilities
Strategic Performance Leadership
- Partner closely with agencies and enterprise clients to turn WhatsApp into a measurable, results-driven channel—combining performance marketing and messaging capabilities.
- Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Agency teams to deliver end-to-end growth solutions.
- Guide clients and agencies in defining high-value objectives and KPIs, including acquisition, retention, engagement, and conversion pathways.
- Build attribution models, experimentation roadmaps, and ROI frameworks to connect marketing activities with tangible business outcomes.

Data-Driven Strategy & Execution
- Break down campaign performance, customer journeys, and business data to uncover growth opportunities and optimization insights.
- Design industry-specific, scalable WhatsApp growth strategies, tailored to diverse use cases and business goals.
- Suppose business leaders with quarterly performance reviews (PBR) and executive business reviews (EBR), translating data into actionable strategic recommendations.
Enablement & Client Development
- Lead workshops and enablement sessions to educate stakeholders on Performance Messaging principles and best practices.
- Identify new automation and integration opportunities to enhance client solutions while pushing adoption across channels.
- Develop playbooks, frameworks, benchmarks, and case studies to institutionalize lessons learned across our client portfolio.
Revenue and Innovation Focus
- Stay ahead of industry trends, Meta’s product updates, and AI-driven messaging technologies to refine strategies.
- Advocate for expanded use cases aligned with client goals, such as fintech integrations, CRM automation, or transactional workflows.
- Align solutions with business performance metrics, ensuring performance investments yield real, impactful ROI.

- Cannning on WhatsApp/Meta and Business As a Messaging Platform—articulate end-to-end messaging strategies.
- Customer Journey Analytics—from data extraction to segmentation and deep insights.
- Metrics and Reporting—how goals are tied to data effectively in B2B engaging.
- Familiarity with pre-forming analytical tools such as lookup table-based evaluation tools, SQL, Python or Java and datatheric visualization tools.
- Experience with agency/enterprise partnerships as well as tools often deployed (CRM systems, tagging frameworks).
- Experience coordinating with developers, data analysts, growth and distribution analysts, powering real insights integration.
Compensation
Budget range for this role: €4,000 - €8,000/month (inclusive of salary, primarily based on experience and alignment with role requirements).
