Who We Are:

At Omaze, we give our community in the UK and Germany the chance to win luxury homes and other life-changing prizes — all while raising money for the causes they love.

Thanks to our Omaze Community, we’ve raised over £100 million for UK charities in just five years. That’s millions helping organisations like Age UK, the RSPCA, British Heart Foundation and Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity deliver life-saving work.

And the best part? We’re only just getting started. Omaze is building a business and culture committed to growth and creating significant social impact on a global scale.

🔑 About The Job

As our Senior Performance Marketing Manager (Google & YouTube), you'll own one of Omaze's most important growth engines, leading the strategy, investment and optimisation of Google's advertising ecosystem across Search, YouTube, Performance Max, Demand Gen and Display.

Working at the intersection of Growth, Creative, Product, CRM, Analytics and Finance, you'll translate commercial objectives into acquisition strategies that drive sustainable customer growth while maximising marketing efficiency.

This isn't simply a campaign management role. You'll shape investment strategy, influence senior stakeholders, develop measurement frameworks and continuously identify new opportunities to improve performance through Google's rapidly evolving AI-powered advertising products.

You'll combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, ensuring every campaign delivers measurable business impact while helping millions more people discover Omaze.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

  • Translate commercial objectives into media investment strategies that maximise business performance across multiple markets.

Drive Performance & Optimisation

  • Manage significant Google media budgets, developing quarterly investment plans and continuously optimising spend based on commercial priorities.
  • Identify new growth opportunities through audience segmentation, creative testing, landing page optimisation and first-party data activation.
  • Evaluate Google's latest AI-powered campaign types, automation capabilities and measurement innovations to maintain a competitive advantage.
  • Champion a culture of experimentation through structured testing across bidding strategies, audiences, creative and landing experiences.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
