The Role
The Senior Performance Marketing Specialist will be responsible for delivering full-funnel marketing campaigns that drive high-quality leads into the sales pipeline, accelerate active sales conversations, activate new customers, and retain existing business. This role will own paid activation across all key markets through the planning, execution, and continuous optimization of paid advertising initiatives.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage, review, and optimize day-to-day account responsibilities across paid advertising platforms including LinkedIn Ads (with a strong focus on ABM for B2B Enterprise sales), Google Ads, and Microsoft Advertising.
- Plan and execute full-funnel paid marketing campaigns to drive demand, accelerate sales opportunities, activate new customers, and support retention across all key markets.
- Work closely with the Commercial team to identify priority accounts, buying committees, and sales objectives, and translate these into effective paid advertising and ABM strategies.
- Build, manage, and optimize remarketing, custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and account-based targeting across key paid channels.
- Use modern AI-powered tools and large language models (LLMs) (e.g. Claude, Microsoft Copilot, or similar) to support campaign ideation, creative testing, performance analysis, and insight generation.
- Implement and manage conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives, including A/B testing of ads, audiences, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
- Produce monthly reporting on key paid advertising, pipeline, and revenue metrics, clearly communicating performance, insights, and recommendations.
- Analyze, manipulate, and visualize campaign and CRM data to assess lead quality, pipeline contribution, and commercial impact.
- Support marketing-led initiatives such as events and industry activities through paid promotion to drive awareness and lead generation.

What You'll Bring
- 3–5 years’ experience using analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics or equivalent), with the ability to assess campaign performance and user behavior.
- 3–5 years’ hands-on experience managing paid advertising across platforms such as LinkedIn Advertising, Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta Ads, or equivalent.
- Demonstrated experience running paid campaigns that support B2B lead generation and pipeline growth, with exposure to account-based marketing (ABM) approaches a strong advantage.
- Working knowledge of additional paid platforms such as Reddit, TikTok, and emerging channels, with an appetite for experimentation and learning.
- Experience using AI-powered tools and large language models (LLMs) (e.g. Claude, Microsoft Copilot, or similar) to support campaign development, analysis, and reporting.
- Experience analyzing and manipulating performance data using spreadsheets or analytics tools, with the ability to produce clear summaries and visualizations.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, stakeholders, and deadlines.
- Google Ads Certification is desirable.

Work Environment
We're a collaborative, international team united by a shared mission to improve ADHD assessment and treatment through innovation and technology. We work in a hybrid model, with three days per week in our Chiswick office and the flexibility to work remotely for the remainder of the week.
