About the role… As a Private Shopping Consultant, you will offer a truly personalised luxury service, curating bespoke wardrobes and sourcing exclusive pieces for your clients. You’ll act as a trusted style advisor, using your deep knowledge of fashion, design, and trends to craft an unparalleled shopping journey. You will: Create tailored, one-on-one appointments for VIP and private clients, understanding their lifestyle, tastes, and aspirations. Curate luxury fashion edits from statement accessories to seasonal ready-to-wear — across Harvey Nichols’ world-class designer portfolio. Build lasting relationships, offering exceptional service and ongoing wardrobe advice across all fashion categories. Anticipate client needs, keeping them ahead of trends and introducing them to new designers and exclusive launches. Ensure the Private Shopping Suite offers a flawless, discreet, and inspiring environment. Demonstrate flexibility and availability luxury service doesn’t follow standard hours. Is this you?
