We are committed to providing a high-quality, safe & effective pharmacy service that makes a real difference to our patients, and we are looking for a highly-motivated, GPhC-registered Pharmacy Technician to join our well-integrated clinical & technical team to achieve this.

Role Description You need to be a qualified Pharmacy Technician registered with the GPhC to apply for this post, with an interest in delivering high-quality training across pharmacy technical roles. You will work closely with the Lead Pharmacy Technician to plan, deliver and document all local training relating to pharmacy operational activity. You will contribute to the review and development of training packs, and participate in end-point assessment.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring a consistent and standardised approach to the delivery of departmental training for technical staff within the pharmacy department.
- Contributing to the training of pharmacists and other staff groups where required.
- Supporting the management and development of pharmacy training programmes.
- Promoting safe working practices in line with standard operating procedures and Trust policies.
- Contributing to the delivery of Level 2 & 3 qualifications through assessment and quality assurance processes.

Location This role is primarily based at Warwick hospital, which has excellent transport links to Birmingham, Solihull, Coventry and surrounding areas.
