Ada Meher are currently recruiting a Senior PHP Developer to join their client’s Innovations Team in Doncaster, working on Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and AI-enablement.
About the Role
This senior developer position focuses on identifying opportunities within the business to implement cutting-edge technologies to optimise operations and delivery. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team—including data analytics and operations experts—to build PoCs and final project solutions.

Hybrid Working Model
- Primary location: Doncaster
- Working hours: Hybrid (3-4 days in-office), but due to stakeholder engagement, a preference for nearer commuting distance (willing to travel in-office as needed).
Requirements
- Strong expertise in PHP & Laravel development
- Creative problem-solving & programming skills
- Interest in AI, machine learning, and emerging tech
- Experience with optimising software performance and tuning
- Python/AI experience would be beneficial but not mandatory
