We’re Hiring | Senior Physical Security Consultant
At VMC Secure, we’re building something different.
We’re a specialist consultancy focused on the physical security of data centres and other mission-critical facilities. Our clients include some of Europe’s largest developers, operators and investors, and we’re involved from the earliest concept stages through to commissioning and operational handover.
As demand continues to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Senior Physical Security Consultant to join us.
This isn’t a role where you’ll be one of hundreds in a global consultancy.
- You’ll work directly with clients,
- Influence major projects,
- Help shape technical standards, and
- Play a key role in building a business with an excellent reputation for technical quality and independent advice.

This role is intended to develop into a Principal Consultant position as the company grows, with the opportunity to influence technical standards, mentor future consultants and play a significant role in the growth and long-term success of VMC.
You’ll ideally have:
- Extensive experience designing enterprise physical security systems.
- Strong knowledge of access control, CCTV and integrated security platforms.
- Experience producing technical specifications and reviewing designs.
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
- A background in critical infrastructure, data centres or similarly complex environments would be highly desirable.
