Senior Pelvic Health Physiotherapist
Location: Oxford (Hospital) Department: Physiotherapy Type: Bank / Part Time Rate: Up to £24 per hour (depending on skills and experience)

About the Role
Nuffield Health Oxford hospital is seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Pelvic Health Physiotherapist to join our outstanding physiotherapy team.
Key Responsibilities
You’ll deliver high-quality clinical care to patients undergoing pelvic health rehabilitation, dealing with:

Musculoskeletal, neurological, and post-operative conditions

Multidisciplinary working (nurses, AHPs, and consultants)

Ensuring safe, effective, and personalised rehabilitation

Supporting patients to achieve optimal health recovery

Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure exceptional patient outcomes

Actively monitor clinical standards to maintain safety and care

Participate in clinical audits and governance processes

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

Essential:
- A BSc in Physiotherapy or equivalent
- HCPC registration as a qualified physiotherapist
- Minimum 3 years of post-registration experience (preferably in pelvic health or specialist musculoskeletal rehabilitation)
- Proven experience with pelvic health conditions (including urinary& defecatory dysfunction, vaginal pelvic floor muscle dysfunction)
- Demonstrable commitment to quality improvement and clinical excellence
- Advanced communication skills and ability to build trust with vulnerable patients
- A strong CPD culture with measurable improvements in practice

Desirable:
- Specialised pelvic health training (e.g., IAP Membership Diploma in Pelvic Health Physiotherapy)
- Experience working in a NHS or private healthcare trust setting
- Willingness to explore virtual client sessions or structured holistic services
