Senior Physiotherapist
Princess Alice Hospice – Band 6 Physiotherapist (Job Share)
Note: This vacancy is shared by a partnership organisation and not directly affiliated with Surrey County Council. Salary: £41,000 to £50,000 per annum, pro-rata for part-time. Equivalent to AfC Band 6.

About the Organisation
Princess Alice Hospice is a charity specialising in palliative and bereavement care, supporting individuals, communities, and organisations across:
- London Boroughs of Kingston and Richmond
- Parts of Surry, where it ensures inclusive access to essential support for those in need.
About the Role: Band 6 Physiotherapist (Job Share)
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Therapies and In-Patient Unit (IPU) team on a job-share basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage postgraduate experience in ward-based care to deliver palliative rehabilitative physiotherapy for those with life-limiting illnesses.
- Focus on maximising functional ability, enabling autonomy, and promoting palliative rehabilitative care.
- Work independently with support from the Professional Lead – Therapies and the broader Therapy Department.
- Based primarily on the In-Patient Unit with additional support to the Wellbeing Centre.
- Adhere to established clinical protocols to deliver specialist physiotherapy.
- Contribute to a multi-professional team, fostering a patient- and family-centred approach.
