What the day will look like
Some of your key responsibilities will involve but not be limited to:
- Lead the design, strategy, and placement of PI programmes
- Drive new business development through prospecting, broking design, and client presentations.
- Shape and implement broking strategies for key clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and internal collaborators to align solutions with strategic objectives.
- Provide expert market insights and guidance, resolving placement issues and enhancing client service.
- Mentor and support colleagues while ensuring compliance with regulatory and business procedures.
