A place where traditional Neapolitan pizza will meet best of the best British ingredients.

Role: Second Chef

As Second Chef in Pizza Pilgrims, your role is to support the Head Chef with the overall management of the kitchen team, ensuring that everyone is fully trained, supported, and developed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Taking care of ‘business’ (aka the Pizzeria): It is important that you can work closely with your Head Chef and the wider management team to ensure that your pizzeria is a success.
  • Food, quality & safety: When managing the shift, you will be responsible for setting a high standard for food quality and maintaining it within the pizzeria. Ensuring it’s always a safe environment for all the pizzeria team.
  • Leading & Supporting the Team: Making sure that Pizza Pilgrims vibes are felt throughout the pizzeria, that everyone is happy at work. Supporting them in every step of their journey.
