About this opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Senior Planner to support the planning, scheduling, and project controls functions across large-scale construction and infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules, analysing progress and performance, supporting project reporting, and working closely with project teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Develop, maintain, and monitor integrated project schedules throughout the project lifecycle.
- Perform schedule reviews and health checks to assess programme quality, logic, critical path, and overall schedule integrity.
- Analyse project progress and identify risks, delays, and opportunities for programme improvement.
- Produce regular project reports, dashboards, and executive summaries highlighting key milestones, programme performance, and forecast completion dates.
- Monitor project progress against baseline schedules and provide variance analysis and recovery recommendations.
- Support project teams with planning methodologies, scheduling standards, and programme best practices.
- Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure programme alignment and accurate reporting.
- Review contractor programmes and provide technical feedback to improve schedule quality and compliance.
- Participate in project review meetings and communicate programme status, key risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Conduct progress verification through regular project reviews and site visits where required.
- Support quantitative schedule risk assessments and forecasting activities.
- Identify critical project risks and recommend mitigation measures to improve delivery certainty.
- Maintain planning documentation and ensure project schedules are updated in accordance with organisational standards.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across planning and project controls functions.

Who we’re looking for:
Experience, Knowledge And Key Skills
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in data center construction projects
- Strong expertise in project scheduling, reporting, and risk analysis
- Ability to operate across multiple projects and travel within the sub-region
- Experience working with tools such as Primavera P6 / MS Project and stakeholder reporting
