We're looking for a Senior Planner to join our London Team based in one of our offices in Central London, Loughton or Maple Cross.
Location: London, flexible / hybrid working available Contract: Permanent We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.
What will you be responsible for?
As a Senior Planner, you will be working within the Construction Delivery and Pre Construction Teams to offer planning expertise at both tender and delivery stages of projects that can range from £10M - £100M in value.
The Senior Planner will retain an overall monitoring capacity for complex projects to ensure construction plans are created, updated, and amended in line with project needs.
Your day to day will include:
- Producing tender programmes
- Attending regular site visits to assist the team with planning issues
- Collating progress information and understanding any areas of concern during the planning stage
- Creating workable construction programmes, monitoring and updating
- Advising and providing planning expertise across projects

Who are we looking for?
This role of Senior Planner is great for you if:
- Have construction planning experience gained within the contractor environment
- You have a solid history of working on build tenders and projects between £20M - £80M in value
- You are an experienced user of Asta and Microsoft Project software
- You have planning experience within the main contracting sector
- You have strong knowledge or NEC contract conditions and how this affects planning
