Senior Planner / Planner (MRTPI) x2

Central London | Independent Planning Consultancy

If you're an experienced Senior Planner looking for greater responsibility or a high-performing MRTPI Planner seeking high-quality projects, excellent mentorship and clear progression, this could be worth a conversation.

PropSource Consulting is exclusively supporting a growing independent planning consultancy in Central London as they continue to expand their planning team. They're looking to appoint two planners and are keen to speak with established Senior Planners, as well as strong MRTPI Planners looking to continue their development within a supportive and growing consultancy.

The Opportunity

You'll work across a diverse portfolio of projects, including strategic residential developments, mixed-use schemes and multiple GLA referable applications throughout London and the South of England.

You'll have the opportunity to:

  • Lead planning applications from inception through to determination.
  • Prepare planning appraisals, reports and planning strategies.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients.
  • Mentor junior planners.
  • Work closely with experienced Associates and Directors on complex planning projects.

About You

You'll ideally have:

  • MRTPI status.
  • Experience leading planning applications and managing client relationships.
  • Strong report writing and project management skills.
  • Consultancy or local authority planning experience.
  • A collaborative approach and the ambition to continue developing your career.
