We are supporting a boutique construction consultancy working with a specialist residential masterplan developer. This role focuses on creating and managing master programmes for complex multi-phase developments, bringing together design, infrastructure and contractor information to shape the overall delivery strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain master programmes for multi-phase developments
  • Develop phasing strategies for utilities, drainage and infrastructure packages to support efficient residential development delivery.
  • Review and challenge contractor programmes to ensure alignment with the overall master programme
  • Advise the client on programme strategy, delivery risks, resource constraints and recovery options
  • Work closely with project, commercial and sales teams to support development objectives

Requirements

  • Experience developing programmes for major civils or infrastructure projects, ideally supporting residential masterplan developments
  • Strong client-facing communication skills with the ability to advise senior stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of utilities, drainage, highways, earthworks, enabling works and phased infrastructure delivery
  • Experience developing master programmes and reviewing contractor schedules
  • Proficient in Primavera P6 (Asta or Microsoft Project also considered)
