Senior Planner
Blue Diamond Recruitment is excited to be working exclusively with a reputable and growing, privately house builder in the East Midlands, who are looking to appoint an ambitious Senior Planner due to an expanding pipeline of work.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated planning professional to gain broad exposure across the full planning lifecycle, working closely with a loyal and proven team.
About the Role
You will support the Technical and Land teams across both live and future developments, taking responsibility for the management of consultants and running applications in-house. The role will involve regular liaison with internal teams and external consultants, while providing valuable exposure across multiple sites at all stages of the planning process.

About the Region
The region focuses on the East Midlands and currently has around 20 planning applications running, ranging from 50–200 units. You will be joining a friendly, relaxed and experienced team where culture and personality are highly valued.
About You
You will be ambitious, driven and keen to progress your career, with the confidence to work with planning documentation and submissions. Strong communication skills and a proactive approach are essential.

Compensation and Benefits
Offering a competitive salary, around £50,000 (dependent on experience) plus package and bonus. You will be joining a financially stable business with an excellent reputation. There is long term career potential with this house builder that values loyalty and ambition.
