Senior Planner Opportunity at Southern Water
We're looking for a Senior Planner to join our Southern Water team based in the Southern region.
Location
Southern Water - remote working available, with occasional travel to the office required.
Hours
40 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.
Sponsorship

What Will You Be Responsible For?
As a Senior Planner, you'll be working within the Planning Team, supporting them in delivering programme and project controls across a dynamic portfolio of works. Your day-to-day will include:
- Leading a discrete planning team to deliver programme and project controls outputs under NEC ECC contract conditions
- Producing programmes for acceptance, impact assessments, and comprehensive reports with clear narratives
- Supporting and nurturing a team of planners, fostering collaboration and consistency across the programme
- Analysing contract metrics and making improvement recommendations to enhance delivery
- Working closely with commercial teams to ensure accurate forecasts and resource planning in Primavera P6

What Are We Looking For?
This role of Senior Planner is great for you if:
- You have NEC planning experience within civils and MEICA-based projects
- You're comfortable building relationships directly with clients and supply chain partners
- You have experience managing a small planning team and enjoy supporting others to develop
- You possess excellent communication skills and a good understanding of commercial and contractual matters
- You're competent in using Primavera P6 and thrive working to challenging timescales
