About Us
Hi there 👋 We’re Wild. We’re on a mission to remove single-use plastic from the bathroom, armed with our refillable, natural and scent-sational deodorants, body wash, and lip balm – and we’ve only just started. We launched in 2020 and as a high-growth company, we’re already one of Europe’s fastest-growing start-ups 🚀
The Mission
Wild is scaling at a pace that renders traditional spreadsheets and siloed planning obsolete. We are looking for a holistic, high-energy Senior Planner to sit at the centre of our operations. This isn't just a demand planning role; you will span both demand and supply planning, bringing an end-to-end understanding of the supply chain to drive our global strategy.
You will own the total inventory, supply, and global demand signal across DTC and Retail channels. We are looking for a commercial builder and a strong leader—someone who can confidently challenge the status quo, helping us scale from a startup to a scale-up environment.
This is a Manager - Lead level role which reports into our Head of Supply Chain.
🚀 Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Supply & Demand Integration
- Holistic Planning Ownership: Act as the connective tissue between demand signals and supply execution, ensuring our commercial ambition is fully aligned with inventory and factory capacities.
- S&OP Cycle Leadership: Own and coordinate the full monthly S&OP cycle. Lead forecasting sessions, supply constraint reviews, and bottom-up/top-down reconciliation against the business plan.
- Supply & Capacity Strategy: Work closely with manufacturing partners to translate the demand signal into robust supply and capacity plans, optimizing inventory health and product availability.
- Global Inputs & Intelligence: Own DTC and retail global forecast inputs while translating account management EPOS data and buyer insights into precise operational order plans.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Stock Risk, Lifecycle & Supply Alignment
- Proactive Inventory Management: Monitor global stock cover, aged stock, and write-off risk. You will own the Risks and Opportunities register and lead cross-functional workstreams to mitigate exposure.
- Lifecycle Transitions: Support range review processes to ensure clean transitions between old and new SKUs, preventing both stockouts and excess raw material/componentry write-offs.
- Financial Reconciliation: Manage bottom-up consensus and reconcile against top-down financial targets, clearly articulating gaps, risks, and volume-value opportunities to the leadership team.
People, Scaling & Stakeholder Management
- Team Leadership & Growth: Manage and develop the Planning Team day-to-day, building their technical and commercial capability as we scale the business from a startup to a large scale-up.
- Influencing & Challenging: Act as a robust, cross-functional collaborator with Commercial, Finance, and Logistics. You will actively challenge behaviors, bring a high level of energy, and drive commercial alignment across the business.
- Strategic Communication: Synthesize complex end-to-end planning challenges into clear, concise narratives and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
🚀 What we need from you
- Holistic Supply Chain Background: Proven experience spanning both demand and supply planning with knowledge across the E2E supply chain in a fast-paced environment with 7+ years of experience
- Agile Scale-up Mindset: Experience operating in fast-moving, high-growth settings. If your experience is purely in large, slow, deeply entrenched corporate processes, you’ll find our pace jarring. You need to show you can build infrastructure, not just maintain it.
- A Builder: Knows what great looks like and able to completely transform planning cycles into a systematic, predictable process
- S&OP Expertise: Experience running end-to-end S&OP or IBP cycles in a consumer goods environment.
- The Quant Mindset: A demonstrable ability to manipulate and interrogate large datasets using tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, or BI platforms to find the outliers that move the dial.
- High Agency & Leadership: You don’t wait for a manual. You see a mess, you challenge the current way of doing things, and you build a tool or process to clean it up.
- Strategic Horizon: You possess the commercial acumen and leadership presence to scale with the business and eventually step into a broader Head of Supply Chain leadership position.
