Senior Planning & Coordination Manager (Creative Operation Management)
Uxbridge, Hybrid
Monster Energy is one of the world's fastest-growing and most recognisable brands, renowned for pushing boundaries and challenging the status quo. As the business continues to evolve its internal creative capability, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Planning & Coordination Manager to become the driving force behind the planning, coordination and delivery of a high-volume creative portfolio.
This is a pivotal role that sits at the heart of Internal Comms & Studio M (Monster's in-house creative function). Whilst the title may not immediately suggest it, this is a highly operational position, coordinating multiple creative projects simultaneously and ensuring every production is delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standard.
If you thrive in fast-paced creative environments, enjoy bringing structure to complexity and have a passion for improving the way creative teams operate, this could be the perfect opportunity.
The Role
Reporting to the Senior Director of Internal Communications, you'll be responsible for overseeing the planning and coordination of creative projects from initial brief through to final delivery.
- Working closely with creative teams and stakeholders across the business, you'll manage multiple concurrent projects including video productions, creative campaigns and internal communications initiatives, ensuring priorities are clear, resources are effectively allocated and delivery remains on track.
- As the function continues to grow, you'll also play a key role in developing more scalable processes and introducing greater operational discipline, helping the business transition towards a more structured in-house creative agency.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
