Join Tricentis as a Senior Platform Adoption Consultant

Helping enterprise customers across EMEA get real value from their platform investments. You'll drive adoption through hands-on enablement, coaching, and workshops — turning tools into measurable outcomes.

Who we are

Tricentis is a global leader in continuous testing and quality engineering. The Tricentis AI-based, continuous testing portfolio of products provides a new and fundamentally different way to perform software testing — an approach that's totally automated, codeless, and intelligently driven by AI. It addresses both agile development and complex enterprise apps, enabling enterprises to accelerate their digital transformation by dramatically increasing software release speed, reducing costs, and improving software quality.

Widely credited for reinventing software testing for DevOps, cloud, and enterprise applications, Tricentis has been recognised as a leader by all major industry analysts, including Forrester, Gartner, and IDC. We empower innovators to push the boundaries of software testing, fostering a global community of continuous learners who pioneer AI-powered, highly performant, highly secure end-to-end testing tools that accelerate our customers' time to market — including the largest brands in the world.

About the role

The Platform Adoption Consultant is a customer-facing, adoption-focused role requiring deep Tricentis platform expertise, strong consulting skills, and a genuine enthusiasm for what AI is doing to enterprise testing. You will work directly with strategic customers across EMEA to turn platform investments into measurable outcomes, and you will be doing it at exactly the moment AI is beginning to change what's possible.

You will work directly with enterprise customers — financial services firms, utilities, SAP-heavy manufacturers, government technology teams —and coach QE leads on how to modernise the way their organisations think about quality. If you've been experimenting with AI-assisted test generation, agentic testing workflows, or structured evaluation frameworks and want to bring those ideas into enterprise environments, this role was designed for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead technical onboarding and enablement programmes.
  • Run customer workshops that move the conversation from "how does this tool work" to "here is your automation maturity roadmap and the business case behind it".
  • Build reusable assets that speed up every engagement after yours: test framework templates, best-practice accelerators, demo environments, and implementation playbooks.
  • Coach customer QE leads and test practitioners — meeting them at their current skill level and moving them forward.
  • Conduct adoption health checks on live Tosca and qTest implementations, identifying gaps and turning findings into actionable improvement plans.
  • Collaborate with account teams to surface expansion opportunities and support renewal conversations with concrete evidence of adoption progress and value delivered.
  • Contribute to Tricentis's thinking on AI in testing — evaluating new capabilities, building evaluation frameworks, and helping shape how we bring AI features to customers.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Who You Are

  • A practitioner first — you've delivered real Tosca/Test-Management implementations in enterprise environments, not just earned a certification.
  • Skilled at translating complex technical concepts into clear business value for enterprise stakeholders.
  • Energised by working directly with customers: the coaching, the workshops, the problem-solving, and the moments when something clicks for a team that was stuck.
  • Comfortable holding a technical conversation with a QE architect, then walking into the same customer's boardroom to explain the business impact in plain language — without losing either audience.
  • Genuinely curious about AI and its implications for testing — experimenting, reading, or building is all valid evidence.
  • An excellent communicator, capable of adapting your message for technical and non-technical audiences alike.
  • A collaborative team player who is open to feedback, coachable, and adaptable — thriving in fast-paced, evolving environments.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hands-on Tricentis Tosca experience — test case design, module creation, framework architecture, and real delivery on enterprise projects.
  • Working knowledge of test management in products such as qTest/Quality Centre.
  • Experience in quality engineering or test consulting within enterprise technology environments.
  • A track record of working directly with customers or clients — workshops, training, enablement, or stakeholder management.
  • Strong communication skills: clear, confident, and able to adapt your message for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Practical understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Agile delivery, and API testing.
  • A genuine, active interest in AI for testing — experimentation, reading, building, or discussing is all valid evidence.
