Products are being built at pace, technology is unlocking new capabilities, and the experiences delivered to customers worldwide are next-level.


As a Senior Platform Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing, maintaining, and improving scalable infrastructure and deployment tooling across cloud environments
  • Contributing to the adoption of Kubernetes, GitOps practices, Infrastructure as Code, and automation-first approaches that improve reliability, security, and operational efficiency

This is a highly collaborative role where you’ll work closely with engineering teams to:

  • Define platform standards
  • Create self-service tooling
  • Support best practices across the wider technology function

What You’ll Do

  • Design and maintain scalable, resilient cloud infrastructure
  • Improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
  • Support the adoption of Kubernetes and cloud-native technologies
  • Drive automation and reduce operational complexity
  • Define platform standards and engineering best practices
  • Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code solutions
  • Develop self-service tooling to improve developer experience
  • Collaborate with Development, Architecture, and Engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions
  • Troubleshoot and support infrastructure, application, and deployment issues
  • Upgrade and maintain internal engineering and platform tooling

Who You Are

  • Strong background in Platform Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, or DevOps
  • Experience working with both Linux and Windows environments
  • Hands-on Infrastructure as Code and configuration management experience (Terraform and Ansible)
  • Strong containerisation and orchestration knowledge (Docker and Kubernetes)
  • Strong AWS platform engineering skills, including:
    • EC2
    • S3
    • IAM
    • VPC/network configuration
  • Experience building and improving CI/CD pipelines
  • Strong understanding of cloud security principles and best practices
