Job Description
- Build and optimise AWS infrastructure (EKS, Lambda, EC2, S3, RDS) for scale and reliability
- Own CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, implementing automated testing and deployments
- Embed DevSecOps practices including security scanning, IAM controls, and secrets management
- Develop Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and CloudFormation for repeatable environments
- Enhance observability through monitoring, alerting, and logging frameworks

The Successful Applicant
- 5+ years' experience in DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering on AWS
- Strong programming skills in Python and/or Go, with solid Linux expertise
- Proven experience with Docker, Kubernetes (EKS), GitLab CI/CD, and IaC tools
- Deep understanding of cloud security, networking, and performance optimisation
- Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch) and distributed systems
