Mr Who?
MrQ - we're an awesome, award-winning online casino launched in 2018. We're big on tech, big on performance, and most of all - big on fun. Over the years, we have experienced explosive growth - which means we need more rock stars to join our quest for total world domination.
Role: Senior Player Protection Manager
As Senior Player Protection Manager, you own how Player Protection runs: the frameworks, the workflows, the numbers. You'll take processes that are good and make them fast, scalable, and hard to beat - automating, killing manual steps, and using data to spot problems. You'll also lead the Player Protection Managers, pulling them up from firefighting to building.
What You Will Do
- Player Protection strategy: own the operating framework for AML, KYC, and Safer Gambling - built to scale, built to protect.
- Process and efficiency: redesign flows, automate repetitive work, strip out manual steps. Best-in-class, not industry-standard. AI is your best friend.
- Performance and data: own the SLAs and KPIs. Read the numbers, forecast demand and resourcing, and act before things break.
- Compliance: meet internal requirements and those of the Gambling Commission without slowing the operation down.
- People: mentor and stretch the Player Protection Managers, moving them from daily tasks to long-term improvement.
- Stakeholders: keep the Head of Ops and the wider business close on trends, risks, and what the data's saying.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
