The Role
As a Senior PLM Engineer, this is an exciting opportunity across Mission Systems to:
- Drive the definition and governance of engineering toolset policies, standards, and preferred tool usage.
- Support PLM (Teamcenter) and ERP (SAP/IFS) system integration.
- Provide expert support across key tools: Teamcenter, DOORS, NX, ANSYS, Autodesk.
- Lead configuration management best practices across the engineering lifecycle.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance tools, processes, and user experience.
This role offers hybrid working arrangements with a structured schedule of days onsite and working from home, targeting 37 hours per week.
Essential Experience
To excel in this role, you will have:
- Strong experience with Teamcenter (PLM).
- Experience within engineering or complex technical environments.
- Understanding of configuration / change management.
- Outstanding communication skills and capability to engage stakeholders while translating technical concepts into practical insights.

Qualifications
- Preferred: Engineering or digital systems qualifications.
- Critical: Eligibility for Security Check (SC) security clearance. This requires that eligible candidates be a sole UK National able to maintain this level of clearance.
Note: This role is subject to national security clearance checks and trade control restrictions, affecting eligibility based on nationality, citizenship, or residency.
