Senior PMO Analyst
Location: North East (2 days per week onsite)
Contract Length: 6 Months
Rate: £400–£450 per day
IR35 Status: Outside IR35
Harvey Nash Project Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior PMO Analyst to join a major transformation programme on an initial 6-month contract. This is an excellent opportunity to support the successful delivery of a large-scale Oracle transformation programme, providing governance, reporting, controls, and programme support across a complex change environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and support programme governance frameworks to ensure effective delivery.
- Maintain programme controls, including RAID logs, integrated plans, financial tracking, reporting, and key programme documentation.
- Support governance forums, steering committees, and assurance reviews.
- Produce accurate and timely programme reporting to support decision-making and programme oversight.
- Coordinate programme administration activities and ensure governance processes are consistently followed.
- Work closely with Project Managers and stakeholders to monitor progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and key milestones.

Essential Experience
- Proven experience in a Senior PMO Analyst or PMO Analyst role supporting large-scale transformation programmes.
- Strong understanding of programme governance, controls, reporting, and assurance processes.
- Experience managing RAID logs, project plans, financial tracking, and management reporting.
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders across complex programmes.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.

Desirable
- Experience supporting Oracle transformation programmes.
- Previous experience working within large-scale change and transformation environments.
